That question became Umami Hottie — our retail brand born inside Ramenwell and inspired by thousands of bowls served, tested, refined, and shared with our community. Umami Hottie was created to bring restaurant-quality comfort food into everyday life, making it easy to recreate bold, layered, chef-driven flavor at home.
What started as something only in house, has grown into a collection designed to upgrade more than ramen.
